About Your Loan Expert
Michelle Macia
Branch Manager | NMLS# 207277
Michelle has been part of the mortgage industry since 2002, learning the business from the ground up before discovering her passion for helping people through the loan process. She prides herself on making mortgages feel less overwhelming by educating her clients and walking them through each step with clarity and care. Her goal is simple: for every client to feel confident, comfortable, and supported from application to closing.
“Buying a home is a big deal, and it can feel intimidating. I want my clients to know they don’t have to go through it alone, and that it really can be a smooth process.”
When she’s not working, Michelle’s world revolves around her family. You’ll most likely find her on the sidelines at lacrosse games, in the dance studio cheering on her daughter, or squeezing in a workout whenever she can. Fitness has always been an important part of her life, and she continues to stay actively involved in the fitness community while balancing work, family, and everything in between.
Michelle is also incredibly proud of her husband’s service to the local community as an Ocean City firefighter paramedic. He serves as a FF/Paramedic, rescue swimmer, member of special teams, and fire instructor, dedicating his career to protecting and serving others throughout the community.
Ashley Mood
Loan Processor
After leaving the healthcare field during the pandemic, Ashley took on a new challenge and transitioned into the mortgage industry in 2021. While her career path changed, her passion for helping people never did. Ashley loves guiding families through one of the biggest milestones of their lives and takes pride in making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible for every borrower she works with.
Outside of work, Ashley is always on the go making memories with her family, whether that means traveling wherever the wind takes them or cheering on her kids at their latest activities. She’s the kind of mom who never misses a Girl Scout cookie booth, Cub Scout event, or Little League game—and somehow still finds time to train for her next 5K.
Ashley also proudly supported her husband throughout his 20 years of military service in the Army National Guard, where he retired in 2025 as a Sergent. During his service, he completed deployments in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, as well as multiple national and local missions, including Presidential Inauguration support in 2017, 2021, and 2025. As a proud military spouse, Ashley spent years volunteering with the Family Readiness Group (FRG), dedicating countless drill weekends to supporting military families and service members.
In addition to his military service, Ashley’s husband continues serving the community through the fire service as a firefighter, technical rescue team member specializing in high-complexity emergencies, and instructor at the Delaware State Fire School. Service, dedication, and community involvement are values deeply rooted in Ashley’s family, and those same values shine through in the care she gives to every client she helps.
